Introduction
www.LearnSpanishFast.co is a website operated from Daisy Carely Pizano Carmona, located in Greece.

Prices & Payment Methods

All the prices mentioned on our website are final prices, and include the legal taxes. We accept payments via Paypal or Wize.
Once the customer has chosen a product and proceeded to a payment, it is a binding contract
and it is expected to show up on the dates he has chosen.

Duration of class:

Each class lasts 50 minutes

Time zone in which courses are held:

Student should always choose carefully his time zone before arranging a lesson. Our website is operated from Greece, and thus in communications with the professor about timeslots, students should be clear to avoid any misunderstandings.
We inform you that Greece is changing the time zone every March & October (on the last Sunday of these months) due to the daylight saving measure.

Cancellation Policy:

Users have the right to cancel a scheduled course at least 1 week before the course date and claim a refund. For cancellations less than 1 week before the date of the scheduled lesson, we reserve our right to not fully refund the amount.

Rescheduling Policy:
Users have the ability to reschedule a lesson at least 2 days before the date initially chosen, by choosing another available time slot. We do not have any responsibility for lack of availability while students perform rescheduling and existing schedule cannot be edited.

We reserve our right to not refund you if you do not show up to a course you booked.

Interruptions due to technical issues:
In cases where lessons need to be terminated due to technical issues (e.g. low internet speed, bugs etc) that occur from the website’s end, the lesson will be continued or postponed to the earliest date possible, with no extra cost needed from the student.

In cases where the issues occur from student’s end, we reserve our right to not proceed to a refund.

Intellectual Property:

All the products offered by LearnSpanishFast.co are subject to intellectual property rights.

The customer can use the tutorials, exercises, images, audios, videos and other contents used in the course or product, in accordance with their object and purpose. It is not permitted to use the content for other purposes which are not part of the course, and especially, is not allowed to reproduce, communicate or make them publicly available.

The customer is not authorized to record on video or audio tape, relay by video, phone or other means the courses given.

Applicable legislation

The contract will be governed by Greek law. Litigation that may arise between the customer and www.LearnSpanishFast.co , both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
